NFC Card Cannot Be Linked

If you see an error message when trying to link your card, please contact our support team at support@lemontaps.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, be sure to include a photo of the card’s QR code in your message. This allows us to check the code and solve the problem directly.
QR Code on the Card Is Not Recognized
With wooden cards or cards that have a dark background and a white QR code, laptops or tablets may not reliably detect the code.
How to scan the QR code correctly:
Open the camera app on your smartphone
Point the camera at the QR code
Follow the link that appears automatically
Important:
Please do not use the browser’s QR scanner or the scanner inside the Lemontaps app.
