As an admin, you can delete a user by selecting the desired person via the checkbox in the User Profiles section and then clicking “Delete”.

What happens to the collected contacts?

When a user profile is deleted, a pop-up window will inform you that only the user profile will be deleted.
Contacts and statistics remain stored for the admin in an anonymized (non user-related) form.

You will still find these saved contacts in the Contacts section, marked with the owner “Deleted Account.”

What happens to the analytics data?

When a user profile is deleted, the data remains available in an anonymized (non user-related) form under Analytics in the respective categories such as “Profile Shares,” “Collected Contacts,” “vCards Saved,” and “Clicks.”

What happens to the linked NFC card?

If the deleted profile was previously linked to an NFC card, the card can easily be reassigned to another profile afterward.
The link is automatically removed when the profile is deleted.

What happens to the user’s data?

When a profile is deleted in the Management Dashboard, it is immediately deactivated and becomes inaccessible to the user. From that moment on, the profile cannot be used or restored.

In accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), all associated personal data is fully deleted from our systems within 30 days.
During this transition period, the data is retained solely to comply with legal retention or documentation requirements and is technically and organizationally protected against any further use.

FAQ: Can I re-add a deleted account?

An email address that was previously used can be added again as a new user after deletion.
Please note:

• A completely new user account is created.

• The previous contacts from the old account remain listed under “Deleted Account.”

• The contacts generated by the old account do not appear in the contact list of the newly created account.
