Status of user profiles
This status reflects only the account status and does not indicate how actively a user is sharing or using their digital business card.
A card can still be shared — e.g., via Wallet or QR code — even if the user has not logged into their account, as long as the card has been sent to them.
There are three types of statuses within the management platform under User Profiles, which you can also filter by:
Active: The user has received an invitation, accepted it, and successfully logged into their profile.
Invitation sent: The user has received an invitation but has not yet accepted it.
Not invited: No invitation has been sent to the user yet.

Viewing team usage in Analytics
In the Analytics section, you will find aggregated usage statistics. Here, you can:
adjust the reporting period
select the relevant Unit (if applicable)
This provides an overview of how actively your team is using the product.

Important note: Due to GDPR requirements, it is not possible to view usage data on a per-user level.
Understanding the metrics
The question mark icons next to each value provide explanations for the respective metrics.

Additional notes:
Statistics for offline QR codes cannot be tracked — only online QR codes are measurable.
If “Auto vCard Download” is enabled, these downloads are not counted. Only manual clicks on “Save Contact” are included in the statistics.
