Can a deleted account be restored?

Restoring a deleted account

Once a profile is deleted, it is immediately deactivated and no longer accessible to the user.
From that moment on, the profile cannot be used or restored.

Deletion of personal data (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), all associated personal data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
During this period, the data is retained solely to comply with legal retention or documentation requirements and is both technically and organizationally protected from further use.

Reusing the email address

An email address that was previously linked to a deleted account can be used again for a new user account. Please note:

• A completely new account will be created.

• Contacts generated by the previous account will not appear in the new account’s contact list.

• The profile URL of a deleted account cannot be redirected to a new profile (e.g., if the URL is printed in a QR code on a physical business card).
