In this article you will learn how to delete a digital business card profile.
Deleting a single business card profile (single user):
Currently it is not possible to delete an account that is not part of a company account by yourself. To delete your profile, send us an email at support@lemontaps.com with the email address you're registered with.
Deleting a business card profile via the Admin Platform for Administrators:
To delete a profile via the Admin Platform, please follow these steps:
Login > Admin Management > Profiles > select the profle > "Delete selected" appears in red at the top
In this video we also show you how to delete or replace a user with another one on the Admin Platform.
If you are not an admin of your company, please contact your admin to delete your account.
