In this post, you will find out how to remove a NFC business card or QR code sticker from a profile.
Option 1: Remove from your own profile
To remove a NFC card or QR code sticker from your own profile, follow these steps:
Login > Settings > Manage cards.
Here you can see your linked cards and remove the card.
Option 2: Remove from another profile via the management platform for administrators
Please follow these steps to remove NFC cards or stickers from a profile on the management platform:
Login > Admin Management > Profiles > User Overview > search for desired user and click on the green pencil under edit > top right on Cards > Here you can remove the card
Optionally, you can then connect the NFC card or QR code sticker to another profile.
