In this article you will find out how to send an invitation for a single user or how to re-invite a user on the management platform (e.g. if the invitation email does not arrive).
When you create a new profile, you can choose to automatically send an invitation link to the registered email after the profile is created.
To do this, follow these steps:
Login > Admin Platform > Profiles > Add New Profile (top right)
Alternatively, you can also create the profile and send the invitation afterwards via the status display in the user overview.
The invitation will always be sent to the email address 1 specified in the profile. If the email address is incorrect or the email has been lost, you can change the email address in the profile if necessary and resend the invitation via the status display in the user overview.
