In this article you will find out what you can do if your mobile phone does not recognise another QR code of a digital business card.
If your phone does not recognise the QR code, restart the camera app or the phone and try again. If it still doesn't work and the person you are talking to has an NFC business card, pick up the person's digital business card using the NFC card.
