Short answer: No, attaching files to email templates is currently not supported.
Why are file attachments not supported?
Sending emails with file attachments can significantly reduce deliverability. Many email providers are more likely to block or filter emails with attachments, as they pose a higher spam or security risk.
For this reason, we intentionally do not support file attachments in email templates.
Our recommendation
Instead of attaching files directly, we recommend the following approach:
Upload the file to a cloud storage service (e.g. Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox)
Include a direct link to the file in the email
This ensures that:
your emails are delivered reliably
recipients can easily access the file
large files do not cause delivery issues
