Increase the Number of Licenses

Add individual or a few users

If you create new users and exceed the number of licenses included in your current plan, don’t worry - additional licenses will be added automatically.
These licenses are billed pro rata based on the remaining months of your annual term, and you’ll receive an invoice once per month for them.

You’ll see a notification about this directly on the platform when you exceed your license limit.

After confirming, the additional users will be created as usual.

Note: You can view the number of active licenses under Billing, accessible via your profile picture in the top right corner.

Add a larger number of users

If you’d like to add a larger number of users at once, please contact us at hello@lemontaps.com to request a custom quote. Please include the number of additional licenses you need.

Reduce the Number of Licenses

If you’d like to reduce the number of licenses, please contact us at support@lemontaps.com and include the number of licenses you wish to keep.
We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to discuss the details and guide you through the process.

Terms & Duration

• When reducing the number of licenses, the same notice period applies as for a cancellation - 2 months before the end of the current term.
• Your request must be received at least 2 months before the end of the current subscription period for the change to take effect in time.
• If the request is submitted within the last 2 months of the current term, the existing number of licenses will automatically renew for another year and can be adjusted in the following term.
• Note: When reducing licenses, your organization might fall into a higher pricing tier based on the new license count. If this applies, we’ll inform you accordingly.
