Roles & Plans Overview
Lemontaps differentiates between various user roles and subscription plans that determine which features and areas are accessible to a person.
Roles are only actively assigned within the Teams plan. In the Starter Plan and Single User Pro plan, the role is automatically determined by the selected plan.
Roles
Owner
The Owner is the primary contact person of an organization at Lemontaps and also serves as the internal contact person for the team.
The Owner account cannot be deleted. If another person should become the Owner, the current Owner must actively transfer the role to that person.
Within the platform, the Owner is displayed as the contact person under the question mark/help icon.

Administrator
Administrators have access to the complete central management of the organization. They can:
- Create, edit, and delete users
- Create and manage units
- Assign roles and configure permissions
- Control end-user visibility via visibility settings
- Adjust all organization-wide settings

Unit Admin
A Unit Admin is an administrator with limited permissions for a specific unit (subgroup of users).
Unit Admins can manage users and content within their own unit but do not have access to organization-wide settings.
Which areas and settings a Unit Admin can view and edit is individually defined by main administrators.

End Users / Employees
End users have access to their personal areas within Lemontaps:
- Home
- Edit Profile
- Share Profile
- My Contacts (if the Sales Add-on is enabled)
- Order paper business cards (if the Paper Business Card Add-on is enabled and activated by the administrator)
Which areas are visible to end users is controlled by administrators through the visibility settings.

Plans
Free Starter Plan
The Starter Plan is designed for individuals without team management.
Users in the Starter Plan automatically have the role End User / Employee — separate role assignment is not possible.
They have access to:

- Central management
- Admin functions
Single User Pro (Paid Plan)
The Single User Pro is a paid plan for individuals.
Users automatically receive the Administrator role — separate role assignment is not required.
They have access to:
- All personal profile areas (Home, Edit Profile, Share Profile)
- My Contacts
- CRM Integration
- Lead form configuration
- Follow-up email configuration
- Profile translations
- Profile design customization
No access to:
- Centralized user management
- Units
- Change Requests
- Additional central management functions
- Single User Pro users cannot add colleagues
Teams / Enterprise (Paid Plan)
The Teams/Enterprise plan enables full centralized management of an organization with multiple users. Administrators have access to all central management functions and can add colleagues, manage units, and assign roles.
The base module Digital Business Cards + Management Platform is included in every Teams/Enterprise plan. The plan can be extended with additional modules (see below).
Modules
The Teams/Enterprise plan consists of the base module and optional extension modules. The base module is always included; extension modules can be added as needed.
