How you order your NFC cards depends on your Lemontaps plan. With the Starter Plan and during the trial period, you order your cards through the online shop. With a paid plan (Teams or Enterprise), you order them using the order form in the Lemontaps platform.

Ordering via the Online Shop (Starter Plan and Trial Period)
- Open the Lemontaps Online Shop and navigate to Products → NFC Cards.
- Select the NFC card you would like to customize.
- Configure your card and provide the information required for production. Depending on the product, this may include the name or text on the card, logo, font, and other design details.
- Complete your order.

All prices include VAT. Shipping within Germany is free.
For larger orders, you receive a volume discount:
- 10 or more cards: 10%
- 25 or more cards: 15%
- 50 or more cards: 25%
Ordering via the Platform (Paid Plan)
With a paid plan, you order your NFC cards directly through the Lemontaps platform. This offers several advantages:
- You receive lower prices than in the online shop.
- Your card design is saved, allowing you to reorder cards with the same design at any time.
- You have more design flexibility, for example when choosing the font or positioning the QR code.
Ordering Cards for the First Time
- In the platform, navigate to Business Cards → NFC Cards.
- Click Order cards for the first time.
- You will be redirected to an order form. Complete the form and submit it.
Reordering Cards with Your Previous Design
- In the platform, navigate to Business Cards → NFC Cards.
- Click Reorder cards with previous design.
- You will be redirected to an order form. Complete the form and submit it.

What Happens After You Place Your Order?
Once we receive your order, we review the information required for production. This includes details such as the design, name or text on the card, logo, and font. If any important information is missing, we will contact you directly.
Production and Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the type and quantity of cards you order. The following times are estimates.
Production time
- Plastic and wooden cards: approx. 2–7 business days, depending on the order date
- Metal cards: approx. 6–10 business days, depending on the order date
- Orders of 50 cards or more: approx. 3–4 weeks
Shipping time after production
- Within Germany: 1–2 days
- Within the EU: 4–10 days
- Worldwide: 7–14 days
