Access to invoices

In this article, you will learn who has access to invoices and where to find them.

Who receives invoices?

The primary billing contact automatically receives all invoices via email.

Additional recipients can be added to receive invoices by email.

Note: The primary billing contact may differ from the main account holder of the platform.

Where can invoices be found?

You can find all invoices by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner and then selecting “Billing”.

Note: Only the primary billing contact has full access to invoices.
