Access to invoices

In this article, you will learn who has access to invoices and where to find them.


Where can invoices be found?

Note: Only administrators have access to invoices. Unit admins and employees do not have access.

You can find all invoices by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner, then navigating to Billing and selecting “View invoices”.

Note: If you have admin rights but still cannot access invoices in this section, please contact us at support@lemontaps.com.

 


Who receives invoices via email?

The primary billing contact automatically receives all invoices via email. The primary billing contact can be different from the platform owner and does not need to be a Lemontaps user.

As an admin, you can change the billing email address at any time in the billing settings under “Billing Email”.

Additional recipients can also be added to receive invoices via email. Please contact us at support@lemontaps.com for this setup.
