Verify Email Domain – Basics & Setup
With email domain verification, you confirm that your organization owns a specific email domain (e.g., company.com). An email domain is the part of an email address after the @-symbol, e.g., company.com in max@company.com.
Why Do I Need Email Domain Verification?
Email domain verification is required if you want to:

Enable security features such as SSO or SCIM (User Provisioning)

Automatically assign self-registered users with your email domain to your organization (Account Claiming)
How to Verify Your Email Domain

Open Domain Management
Go to Organization > Login & Provisioning and open the "Domain management section".

Add Domain
Click Add Domain and enter your email domain (e.g., company.com).

Set DNS Record
Copy the displayed DNS data and add it to your domain provider’s DNS management system.The DNS record must remain in place permanently.

Complete Verification
Once the DNS record is correctly configured, the domain status will change to Verified. Verification usually takes a few minutes, typically within 10 minutes.
