User Status – What It Means

In this article, you’ll learn what the different user statuses in Lemontaps mean and which actions are available to you for each status.

Important Note

The user status only indicates whether a user has been invited and whether they have logged in.

It does not reflect how actively Lemontaps is being used. For example, users may actively use their digital business card without ever logging in (e.g., directly using the QR wallet from the invitation email).

Where to See User Status

In User Profiles, you can view the current status of each user. It gives you a quick overview of whether a user has been invited and whether they have signed in.

Overview of User Statuses

1. Not Invited

The user has been created but has not yet received an invitation email and has not logged in.

Typical situation:

  • User was created manually or via import

  • Invitation has not been sent on purpose

What you can do:

You can send the invitation email at any time.

To send the invitation email:

  • Click on the user’s status and select "Send Invite"

  • To invite multiple users at once, select them via the checkboxes and click "Send Invitation" in the top bar

2. Invitation Sent

The invitation email has been sent, but the user has not yet logged in.

Typical situation:

  • The user has not opened the invitation

  • The email went to spam or was overlooked

What you can do:

  • Resend the invitation

  • Ask the user to check their spam or junk folder

To resend an invitation:

  • Click on the user’s status and select "Resend Invite".

  • To resend to multiple users, select them via the checkboxes and click "Resend Invite" in the top bar

3. Active

The user has successfully logged into Lemontaps at least once.

Meaning:

  • The user has access to their account

  • Lemontaps can be used fully


FAQs

Will I be notified when an invitation is accepted?

No. There is no separate notification. The user status automatically changes to “Active” once the user has logged in.
