How to Grant Admin Rights to a User

To grant a user admin rights, please make sure that you have admin privileges yourself. Only admins can assign these permissions to other users. Once you have confirmed this, follow the steps below:

  • Navigate to the user profile overview.

  • Select the desired user.

  • Click on the pencil icon to enter edit mode (“Edit”).

  • In the top menu bar, you will see several options – select the “Account” tab.

  • A new menu will open where you can adjust the user’s role.

  • Select the “Administrator” option to grant admin rights.

  • Save the changes to ensure the new permissions take effect.
