Display, Share & Customize the QR Code

With your QR code, you can quickly and easily share your digital business card – for example in meetings, at events, or during presentations.
You can display, download, and customize your QR code.

Display & Download Your QR Code (End User)

In the browser:

1. Open: https://lemontaps.com/share-profile
2. Go to the QR code section
3. Choose from the dropdown:
   • Online QR code or
   • Offline QR code
4. Download the QR code as PNG or SVG

In the app:

1. Open the “Profile” section
2. Your QR code is displayed directly
3. Tap “Download”

The QR code will automatically be saved to your smartphone’s photo gallery.

Export QR Codes for Your Team (Admin)

As an admin, you can export QR codes for multiple users:

1. Go to “User Profiles”
2. Select the desired profiles
3. Click “Export”
4. Choose:
   • Online or Offline QR codes
   • Format (PNG or SVG)

Online vs. Offline QR Code

You can define how your QR code works. You can find more information in this video. 

Online QR code:

• Opens your Lemontaps profile directly in the browser
• All content is always up to date
• Requires an internet connection

Offline QR code:

• Opens the contact file (vCard) directly
• If profile information changes, the QR code must be regenerated
• Works without an internet connection

Customize QR Code Design

You can customize the design of your QR code:

1. Go to Team Settings → QR Code Design
2. Adjust the colors as desired

Notes:

• Customization requires admin rights
• The design can be configured per unit
• The color changes apply to:

• • Downloaded QR codes
  • QR codes on mobile and video backgrounds
  • QR codes within the platform
  • QR codes in email signatures
• Not affected:

• • Wallet QR code
