Disconnect SSO connection
In this article, you’ll learn how to disconnect an existing SSO connection and what limitations apply.
Overview
When disconnecting an SSO connection, there are two different scenarios:
- No user has logged in via SSO yet
- Users have already logged in via SSO
The required steps differ depending on the case.
Case 1: No SSO login has occurred yet
If no user has registered or logged in via SSO, you can remove the connection yourself.
Steps:
- Open the SSO settings in the admin area
- Disable or delete the SSO configuration

Case 2: Users have already logged in via SSO
As soon as at least one user has successfully logged in via SSO, the connection can no longer be removed or disconnected самостоятельно.
In this case, an error message will appear when trying to deactivate it.

Steps:
- Contact our support team at support@lemontaps.com and we will manually reset the SSO configuration for you
Process:
- We remove existing SSO users (users who have already logged in via SSO)
- We delete the current SSO configuration
- You can then set up SSO again following the guide

Only if no user has logged in via SSO yet.
Why do I see an error message when trying to disable it?
