How to Cancel Directly in the Dashboard
- Navigate to the Billing page under “Billing”.
(Only administrators have access to this page.) -
Click on “Cancel Subscription” — a confirmation popup will appear.

Confirm the cancellation again in the popup by clicking “Cancel Subscription”.

Provide a reason for cancellation — this is required to complete the process.
In the final step, the end date of your license will also be displayed.
⚠️ Important: After the license expires, your organization and all associated data will be permanently deleted from the Lemontaps servers within 30 days.
Cancellation via Email (if the popup does not appear)
Send an email to support@lemontaps.com including your reason for cancellation.
Our support team will then send you a cancellation confirmation.
Notice Period & Subscription Term

|---|---|
| More than 2 months before the end of the term | Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription term |
| Less than 2 months before the end of the term | The license is automatically renewed for another year |
