Canceling Lemontaps Licenses

In this article, you’ll learn how to properly and timely cancel your Lemontaps license(s).

Submit your cancellation

Send your cancellation request via email to support@lemontaps.com.
Please also include the reason for cancellation (a short note helps us improve Lemontaps).

Notice period & term

The cancellation must be received at least 2 months before the end of the current term to take effect on time.

If the cancellation is submitted within the last 2 months of the current term, the license will automatically renew for another year and then end at the conclusion of this extended term.

Confirmation

You will receive a written confirmation of your cancellation, including the exact end date of your license.

After that, the entire organization and all associated data will be deleted from Lemontaps servers within 30 days after the end of the contract term.
